Compost is a mixture of ingredients used to fertilize and improve soil. Compost is commonly prepared by decomposing plant and food waste and recycling the organic materials. The resulting mixture is rich in plant nutrients and beneficial to organisms, such as worms and fungal mycelium. We offer 10mm Compost Peat Free (Soil Conditioner) and 20mm - 30mm Mulch Compost.
If your existing soil is poor or damaged, or if the space you intend to garden has no natural soil (like a patio or driveway) then you need topsoil, enriched with our top quality compost.
Many houses have poor soil in their gardens, especially new-build homes where the natural topsoil has been removed while the house was being constructed, adding compost will help enrich your soil to improve plant and turf growth.
